Return Policy
Items may be returned only with prior authorization. Returns received without this number will be returned to the customer at their expense All shipping and handling fees are non-refundable with an exception where Deals on Site 4 U has made an error by shipping an incorrect or manufactured defective item to the customer. In this case, Member must contact Deals on Site to obtain a return label.

Once item is returned back to the warehouse a correct replacement unit will be shipped out or store credit issued for the full amount of the order if the correct unit is unavailable. Deals on Site 4 U must be informed of the receipt of incorrect merchandise within a 3 business days of the delivery. Any problems or desire to return merchandise HAS to be informed to us no later than 3 days after the receipt of the merchandise and must be returned with prior authorization only within 10 days after you receipt of merchandise. We are not responsible for items damaged during shipping.

You must address shipping damages with the shipping company. Return, items must be in their original purchase condition, including the original product packaging, manufacturer's containers, documentation, warranty cards, manuals, and all accessories. Any item that you received with tags attached must be returned with those tags intact and attached. All packaging, including the original manufacturer's containers, must be unmarked and not defaced in any manner. Items purchased as part of a set or multi-item pack may not be returned individually. Returns that do not meet these requirements will be sent back to you and no refund will be issued. Unwanted Returns: Unwanted product returns will be subject to a 15% restocking fee and must have a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#). Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Merchandise must be in the unused condition only and with original packaging.

Refused Delivery:
Returns falling under this category will be treated as Unwanted Returns, consequently they will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. The customer will also be responsible for the return shipping cost incurred by the action of refusing the delivery. Consequently, a store credit will be issued less 20% restocking fee of the value of the merchandise and less shipping and handling fees both ways. All reimbursements are done in the form of a company credit which can be used towards new orders. Member may request a refund back to the original method of payment. Refunds may take 3 to 5 business days.
